A.B. Development (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Akbar Brothers, owns and operates three large warehousing complexes in Wattala, Welisara and Kelaniya, all within a radius of 15 kilometers from the Group Head Office situated on Darley Road, at the heart of Colombo’s bustling commercial arena. These complexes, together with our Head Office, provide over 700,000 sq feet of commercial office and warehousing space. Other subsidiaries of the group involved in logistics and development include, AB Properties, AB Haulage and the Land & Building PLC.

All our production and warehousing facilities are strategically situated in close proximity to the Colombo Port, allowing us to maintain stringent quality control and supervision at every stage of production. Our transport team is ably supported by a complete in-house maintenance and repair facility located close to the Head Office, ensuring that all equipment and vehicles receive immediate attention and regular servicing.
